Relax, Drac. I think he means that grocery stores play it in the background often. Anydangway... Gwen Stefani, The Sweet Escape[Gwen] If I could escape I would but, First of all, let me say I must apologize for acting stank & treating you this way Cause I've been acting like sour milk all on the floor It's your fault you didn't shut the refrigerator Maybe that's the reason I've been acting so cold? [CHORUS] If I could escape & recreate a place that's my own world & I could be your favourite girl (forever), Perfectly together Tell me boy now wouldn't that be sweet? (sweet escape) If I could be sweet, I know I've been a real bad girl (I'll try to change) I didn't mean for you to get hurt (whatsoever) We can make it better, Tell me boy wouldn't that be sweet? (sweet escape) [Akon] I want to get away, to our sweet escape I want to get away, yeah [Gwen] You held me down, I'm at my lowest boiling point Come help me out, I need to get me out of this joint Come on let's bounce, counting on you to turn me around Instead of clowning around, let's look for some common ground So baby, times get a little crazy I've been gettin' a little lazy, waitin' on you to come save me I can see that you're angry by the way that you treat me Hopefully you don't leave me, wanna take you with me [CHORUS] If I could escape & recreate a place that's my own world & I could be your favourite girl (forever), Perfectly together & tell me boy now wouldn't that be sweet? (sweet escape) If I could be sweet (sorry boy) I know I've been a real bad girl (I'll try to change) I didn't mean for you to get hurt (whatsoever) We can make it better & tell me boy now wouldn't that be sweet? (sweet escape) Woohoo, Yeehoo Woohoo, Yeehoo (If I could escape) Woohoo, yeehoo (If I could escape) Woohoo, Yeehoo Cause I've been acting like sour milk all on the floor It's your fault you didn't shut the refrigerator Maybe that's the reason I've been acting so cold? [CHORUS] If I could escape & recreate a place that's my own world & I could be your favourite girl (forever), Perfectly together & tell me boy now wouldn't that be sweet? (sweet escape) If I could be sweet (sorry boy) I know I've been a real bad girl (I'll try to change) I didn't mean for you to get hurt (whatsoever) We can make it better & tell me boy now wouldn't that be sweet? (sweet escape) Woohoo, Yeehoo (I wanna get away, get away) Woohoo, Yeehoo (To our sweet escape) Woohoo, Yeehoo (I wanna get away) Woohoo, Yeehoo (Yeah) Woohoo, Yeehoo Woohoo, Yeehoo

My point exactly, ChiChi.
Fall Out Boy, Thnks fr th Mmrs
I'm gonna make you bend and break (It sends you to me without wait) Say a prayer but let the good times roll In case God doesn't show (Let the good times roll, let the good times roll) And I want these words to make things right But it's the wrongs that make the words come to life "Who does he think he is?" If that's the worst you got Better put your fingers back to the keys
One night and one more time Thanks for the memories even though they weren't so great "He tastes like you only sweeter" One night, yeah, and one more time Thanks for the memories, thanks for the memories "He, he tastes like you only sweeter"
Been looking forward to the future But my eyesight is going bad And this crystal ball It's always cloudy except for When you look into the past (look into the past) One night stand (one night stand off)
One night and one more time Thanks for the memories even though they weren't so great "He tastes like you only sweeter" One night, yeah, and one more time Thanks for the memories, thanks for the memories "He, he tastes like you only sweeter"
They say I only think in the form of crunching numbers In hotel rooms collecting page six lovers Get me out of my mind and get you out of those clothes I'm a liner away from getting you into the mood, whoa
One night and one more time Thanks for the memories even though they weren't so great "He tastes like you only sweeter" One night, yeah, and one more time Thanks for the memories, thanks for the memories "He, he tastes like you only sweeter"
One night and one more time (One more night, one more time) Thanks for the memories even though they weren't so great "He tastes like you only sweeter" One night, yeah, and one more time (One more night, one more time) Thanks for the memories, thanks for the memories "He, he tastes like you only sweeter"

American Pie, Don McLean
A long, long time ago... I can still remember How that music used to make me smile. And I knew if I had my chance That I could make those people dance And, maybe, they’d be happy for a while.
But february made me shiver With every paper I’d deliver. Bad news on the doorstep; I couldn’t take one more step.
I can’t remember if I cried When I read about his widowed bride, But something touched me deep inside The day the music died.
So bye-bye, miss american pie. Drove my chevy to the levee, But the levee was dry. And them good old boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye Singin’, "this’ll be the day that I die. "this’ll be the day that I die."
Did you write the book of love, And do you have faith in God above, If the Bible tells you so? Do you believe in rock ’n roll, Can music save your mortal soul, And can you teach me how to dance real slow?
Well, I know that you’re in love with him `cause I saw you dancin’ in the gym. You both kicked off your shoes. Man, I dig those rhythm and blues.
I was a lonely teenage broncin’ buck With a pink carnation and a pickup truck, But I knew I was out of luck The day the music died.
I started singin’, "bye-bye, miss american pie." Drove my chevy to the levee, But the levee was dry. Them good old boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye And singin’, "this’ll be the day that I die. "this’ll be the day that I die."
Now for ten years we’ve been on our own And moss grows fat on a rollin’ stone, But that’s not how it used to be. When the jester sang for the king and queen, In a coat he borrowed from james dean And a voice that came from you and me,
Oh, and while the king was looking down, The jester stole his thorny crown. The courtroom was adjourned; No verdict was returned. And while lennon read a book of marx, The quartet practiced in the park, And we sang dirges in the dark The day the music died.
We were singing, "bye-bye, miss american pie." Drove my chevy to the levee, But the levee was dry. Them good old boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye And singin’, "this’ll be the day that I die. "this’ll be the day that I die."
Helter skelter in a summer swelter. The birds flew off with a fallout shelter, Eight miles high and falling fast. It landed foul on the grass. The players tried for a forward pass, With the jester on the sidelines in a cast.
Now the half-time air was sweet perfume While the sergeants played a marching tune. We all got up to dance, Oh, but we never got the chance! `cause the players tried to take the field; The marching band refused to yield. Do you recall what was revealed The day the music died?
We started singing, "bye-bye, miss american pie." Drove my chevy to the levee, But the levee was dry. Them good old boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye And singin’, "this’ll be the day that I die. "this’ll be the day that I die."
Oh, and there we were all in one place, A generation lost in space With no time left to start again. So come on: jack be nimble, jack be quick! Jack flash sat on a candlestick Cause fire is the devil’s only friend.
Oh, and as I watched him on the stage My hands were clenched in fists of rage. No angel born in hell Could break that satan’s spell. And as the flames climbed high into the night To light the sacrificial rite, I saw satan laughing with delight The day the music died
He was singing, "bye-bye, miss american pie." Drove my chevy to the levee, But the levee was dry. Them good old boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye And singin’, "this’ll be the day that I die. "this’ll be the day that I die."
I met a girl who sang the blues And I asked her for some happy news, But she just smiled and turned away. I went down to the sacred store Where I’d heard the music years before, But the man there said the music wouldn’t play.
And in the streets: the children screamed, The lovers cried, and the poets dreamed. But not a word was spoken; The church bells all were broken. And the three men I admire most: The father, son, and the holy ghost, They caught the last train for the coast The day the music died.
And they were singing, "bye-bye, miss american pie." Drove my chevy to the levee, But the levee was dry. And them good old boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye Singin’, "this’ll be the day that I die. "this’ll be the day that I die."
They were singing, "bye-bye, miss american pie." Drove my chevy to the levee, But the levee was dry. Them good old boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye Singin’, "this’ll be the day that I die."

David Wilcox - The Long Road
From Unreleased ..............................................
By Cliff Eberhardt
There are the ones that you call friends. There are the ones that you call late at night. There are the ones who sweep away your past With one wave of their hand.
There are the ones that you call family. There are the ones that you hold close to your heart. They are the ones who see the danger in you Who won't understand.
I can hear your voice in the wind. (I can hear your voice.) Are you calling to me, down the long road? Do you really think there's an end? Do you really think there's an end?
I have followed my dream Down the long road. You are the one that I met long ago. You are the one who saw my dream. You are the one, took me from my home And left me off somewhere.
Somehow I feel you are here And you are waiting in that dream. And somewhere down this road we will awake And be at the start again.
I can hear your voice in the wind. I can hear your voice in the wind. Are you calling to me, down the long road? Do you really think there's an end? Do you really think there's an end?
I have lived my whole life Down the long road. I gotta find you tonight. Are you waiting for me, down the long road?
Do you really think there's an end? Do you really think there's an end?
I have lived my whole life Down the long road. Are you waiting for me? I can hear your voice in the wind. I can hear your voice in the wind.
Are you calling to me, down the long road? Do you really think there's an end? Do you really think there's an end?
I have lived my whole life Down the long road. Mmmm.

I like that American Pie song Walking In Memphis-Marco Cohn Put on my blue suede shoes And I boarded the plane Touched down in the land of the Delta Blues In the middle of the pouring rain W.C. Handy -- won't you look down over me Yeah I got a first class ticket But I'm as blue as a boy can be Then I'm walking in Memphis Walking with my feet ten feet off of Beale Walking in Memphis But do I really feel the way I feel Saw the ghost of Elvis On Union Avenue Followed him up to the gates of Graceland Then I watched him walk right through Now security they did not see him They just hovered 'round his tomb But there's a pretty little thing Waiting for the King Down in the Jungle Room (Chorus) They've got catfish on the table They've got gospel in the air And Reverend Green be glad to see you When you haven't got a prayer But boy you've got a prayer in Memphis Now Muriel plays piano Every Friday at the Hollywood And they brought me down to see her And they asked me if I would -- Do a little number And I sang with all my might And she said -- "Tell me are you a Christian child?" And I said "Ma'am I am tonight" (Chorus) Put on my blue suede shoes And I boarded the plane Touched down in the land of the Delta Blues In the middle of the pouring rain Touched down in the land of the Delta Blues In the middle of the pouring rain

3 Doors Down, Ticket to Heaven
I'm walkin' a wire feels like a thousand ways I could fall To want is to buy but to live is to die and it can't take it all When everything is said and done I won't have one thing left What happened to everything that I've ever known?
Cause all they gave me was this ticket to heaven But that ticket to heaven said to lie in the bed that you make Now I'm restless and I'm running from everything I'm running from everything I'm afraid it's a little too late
Soft voices lie and innocence dies Now ain't that a shame Then all of your dreams, and all your money they don't mean a thing When everything is said and done you wont have one thing left What happened to everything that I've ever known?
All they gave me was this ticket to heaven But that ticket said to lie in the bed that you make Now I'm restless and I'm running from everything I'm afraid it's a little too late It's a little too late
All they gave me was this ticket to heaven But that ticket said to lie in the bed that you make Now I'm restless and I'm running from everything I'm running from everything I'm afraid it's a little too late
All they gave me was this ticket to heaven But that ticket said to lie in the bed that you make Now I'm restless and I'm running from everything I'm afraid it's a little too late It's a little too late

*Rolls eyes* ------------------
Avenged Sevenfold, Beast and the Harlot
This shining city built of gold, a far cry from innocence, There's more than meets the eye round here, look to the waters of the deep. A city of evil. There sat a seven-headed beast, ten horns raised from his head. Symbolic woman sits on his throne, but hatred strips her and leaves her naked. The Beast and the Harlot.
She's a dwelling place for demons. She's a cage for every unclean spirit, every filthy bird, makes us drink the poisoned wine to fornicating with our kings. Fallen now is Babylon the Great.
The city dressed in jewels and gold, fine linen, myrrh with pearls. Her plagues have come all at once as her mourners watch her burn. Destroyed in an hour. Merchants and captains of the world, sailors, navigators too. Will weep and mourn this loss with her sins piled to the sky, The Beast and the Harlot.
She's a dwelling place for demons. She's a cage for every unclean spirit, every filthy bird, makes us drink the poisoned wine to fornicating with our kings. Fallen now is Babylon the Great.
The day has come for all us sinners. If you're not a servant, you'll be struck to the ground. Flee the burning, greedy city. Lookin' back on her to see there's nothing around.
I don't believe in fairytales and no one wants to go to hell. You've made the wrong decision and it's easy to see. Now if you wanna serve above or be a king below with us, You're welcome to the city where your future is set forever.
She's a dwelling place for demons. She's a cage for every unclean spirit, every filthy bird, makes us drink the poisoned wine to fornicating with our kings. Fallen now is Babylon the Great.
She's a dwelling place for demons. She's a cage for every unclean spirit, every filthy bird, makes us drink the poisoned wine to fornicating with our kings. Fallen now is Babylon the Great.
Avenged Sevenfold, M.I.A
Staring at the carnage, praying that the sun would never rise Living another day in disguise These feelings can't be right, lend me your courage to stand up and fight
Onnn tonight Stand up and fight
The fighting rages on and on, to challenge me you must be strong. I walk your land but don't belong, two million soldiers can't be wrong
It's no fun but I've been here before I'm far from home and I'm fighting your war (Not the way I pictured this, I wanted better things) Some are scared others killing for fun, I shot a mother right in front of her son (Take this from my consciousness and please erase my dreams)
Fight for honor, fight for your life Pray to God that our side is right Although we won I still may lose, until I make it home to you I see our mothers filled with tears, grew up so fast where did those years go? Memories won't let you cry, unless I don't return tonight
So many soldiers on the other side, I take their lives so they can't take mine (Scared to make it out alive now, murder's all I know) Nobody tells me all the reasons we're here, I have my weapon so there's nothing to fear (Another day, another life, but nothing real to show for)
Fight for honor, fight for your life Pray to god that our side is right Although we won I still may lose, until I make it home to you I see our mothers filled with tears, grew up so fast where did those years go? Memories won't let you cry, unless I don't return tonight
Staring at the carnage, praying that the sun would never rise Living another day in disguise These feelings can't be right, lend me your courage to stand up and fight
Watching the death toll rise wondering how I'm alive Stranger's blood on my hands, shot all I can There were no silent nights watching your brothers all die To destroy all their plans with no thought of me (No thought of me) No thought of me
Ohhhh...
I Walk the city lonely, memories that haunt are passing by A murderer walks your streets tonight Forgive me for my crimes Don't forget that I was so young, fought so scared In the name of God and Country

I has me a new fave! (again)
Waiting on the World to Change by John Mayer
Me and all my friends We're all misunderstood They say we stand for nothing and There's no way we ever could
Now we see everything that's going wrong With the world and those who lead it We just feel like we don't have the means To rise above and beat it
So we keep waiting Waiting on the world to change We keep on waiting Waiting on the world to change
It's hard to beat the system When we're standing at a distance So we keep waiting Waiting on the world to change
Now if we had the power To bring our neighbors home from war They would have never missed a Christmas No more ribbons on their door And when you trust your television What you get is what you got Cause when they own the information, oh They can bend it all they want
That's why we're waiting Waiting on the world to change We keep on waiting Waiting on the world to change
It's not that we don't care, We just know that the fight ain't fair So we keep on waiting Waiting on the world to change
(Interlude)
And we're still waiting Waiting on the world to change We keep on waiting waiting on the world to change One day our generation Is gonna rule the population So we keep on waiting Waiting on the world to change
We keep on waiting Waiting on the world to change

GM likes a MCR song. Lord have mercy on our rotten souls. My Chemical Romance, Famous Last WordsNow I know That I can't make you stay But where's your heart? But where's your heart? But where's your... And I know There's nothing I could say To change that part To change that part To change... So many Bright lights, they cast a shadow But can I speak? Well is it hard understanding I'm incomplete A life that's so demanding I get so weak A love that's so demanding I can't speak I am not afraid to keep on living I am not afraid to walk this world alone Honey if you stay, I'll be forgiven Nothing you can say can stop me going home Can you see My eyes are shining bright Cause I'm out here On the other side Of a jet black hotel mirror And I'm so weak Is it hard understanding I'm incomplete A love that's so demanding I get weak I am not afraid to keep on living I am not afraid to walk this world alone Honey if you stay, I'll be forgiven Nothing you can say can stop me going home I am not afraid to keep on living I am not afraid to walk this world alone Honey if you stay, I'll be forgiven Nothing you can say can stop me going home These bright lights have always blinded me These bright lights have always blinded me I say I see you lying next to me With words I thought I'd never speak Awake and unafraid Asleep or dead (How can I see, I see you lying) 'Cause I see you lying next to me (How can I see, I see you lying) With words I thought I'd never speak (How can I see, I see you lying) Awake and unafraid (How can I see, I see you lying) Asleep or dead 'Cause I see you lying next to me With words I thought I'd never speak Awake and unafraid Asleep or dead 'Cause I see you lying next to me With words I thought I'd never speak Awake and unafraid Asleep or dead I am not afraid to keep on living I am not afraid to walk this world alone (Or dead) Honey if you stay, I'll be forgiven Nothing you can say can stop me going home (Or dead) I am not afraid to keep on living I am not afraid to walk this world alone (Or dead) Honey if you stay, I'll be forgiven Nothing you can say can stop me going home (Or dead) I am not afraid to keep on living I am not afraid to walk this world alone (Or dead) Honey if you stay, I'll be forgiven Nothing you can say can stop me going home ____________________ The odd thing was, I thought this was called "Disenchanted" at first. Turns out, my sister bungled on naming the tracks on the CD.

Isn't that the song off katink's MP3? ?? Shannon Noll- What About Me? "What About Me" Well there's a little boy waiting at the counter of a corner shop He's been waiting down there, waiting half the day They never ever see him from the top He gets pushed around, knocked to the ground He gets to his feet and he says [CHORUS:] What about me, it isn't fair I've had enough now i want my share Can't you see i wanna live But you just take more than you give Well there's a pretty girl serving at the counter of the corner shop She's been waiting back there, waiting for her dreams Her dreams walk in and out they never stop Well she's not too proud to cry out loud She runs to the street and she screams [CHORUS] So take a step back and see the little people They may be young but they're the ones That make the big people big So listen, as they whisper What about me And now i'm standing on the corner all the world's gone home Nobody's changed, nobody's been saved And i'm feeling cold and alone I guess i'm lucky, i smile a lot But sometimes i wish for more than i've got [CHORUS]

Avenged Sevenfold, Bat Country
He who makes a beast out of himself Gets rid of the pain of being a man
Caught here in a fiery blaze, won't lose my will to stay.
I tri-ie-ied to drive all through the night, The heat stroke ridden weather, the barren empty sights. No oasis here to see, the sand is singing deathless words to me.
Can't you help me as I'm startin' to burn (all alone). Too many doses and I'm starting to get an attraction. My confidence is leaving me on my own (all alone). No one can save me and you know I don't want the attention.
As I adjust to my new sights the rarely tired lights will take me to new heights. My hand is on the trigger I'm ready to ignite. Tomorrow might not make it but everything's all right. Mental fiction follows me; show me what it's like to be set free.
Can't you help me as I'm startin' to burn (all alone). Too many doses and I'm starting to get an attraction. My confidence is leaving me on my own (all alone). No one can save me and you know I don't want the attention.
So sorry you're not here I've been sane too long my vision's so unclear. Now take a trip with me but don't be surprised when things aren't what they seem.
Caught here in a fiery blaze, won't lose my will to stay. These eyes won't see the same, after I flip today.
(guitar solo)
Sometimes I don't know why we'd rather live than die, We look up towards the sky for answers to our lives. We may get some solutions but most just pass us by, Don't want your absolution cause I can't make it right. I'll make a beast out of myself, gets rid of all the pain of being a man.
I've known it from the start all these good ideas will tear your brain apart. Scared but you can follow me I'm too weird to live but much too rare to die.
