A idle breeze kicks up a few leaves. The pavements are no longer walked by humans, but that doesn't mean that they've been abandoned...
This is Notsi city, and currently it's been two days since it all began. In this case, 'It' is an invasion. The invaders? Zombies, of both the supernatural and infected variaty, completely black eyes giving them away for what they are.
So, the question is, do you know enough to survive in this warzone, or will you become just another zombie?
--------------------------------------------------------------
Two basic rules.
1) In short: don't powerplay. No taking control of the zombies: that's my job. Same applies to the necromancers and other peoples characters.
2) You can't start with a weapon. I.E You can start with a hammer, because it can be used to make fortifications while it can also be used as a weapon, but you can't start with a gun.
--------------------------------------------------------------
The zombies, as mentioned, are not all the same.
The most common zombie type is the infected, or IN for short. They have a good sense of smell, so if you stay in one place too long they'll find and attack you. When they eat they get faster and stronger, and if they don't eat they start withering away.
The next most likely type to see is the supernatural, or SN for short. In themselves they split into three factions. Each faction corrisponds to which of the three necromancors raised them. All SN zombies have a hive mind with the rest of their faction, recieving orders from the Necromancer and sharing information between one another. If any visable improvements are made to your fortifications, they'll notice and share the news.
The three necromancers mentioned above are called Hrish, Kaine, and Rhaiz. Each has different tatics and abilities, and each wants to defeat the other two.
Rhaiz's personal style is offencive, and the SN under his control are slower but stronger, clawwed beings working in groups of fours and fives to fight, defend and patrol the city, fighting anybody who isn't on their side. His main base is somewhere in the city.
Kaine is more of a defensive type: while he has faster zombies who have basic regeneration abilities, they're not as strong as other types. They also work in groups of fours and fives, but they only start fights if they either see humans or a lone infected. He also has a main base in the city.
The stratigey used by Hrish is completely different from her foes: she has in total around two dozen zombies, nicknamed 'Elites' as all of them are fast and strong. They work in one large group, protecting and taking orders from the one who they strive to look after. Hrish doesn't have a base, insted choosing to roam around the city. This increases her chances of finding any survivors, and also draws out small groups of infected. For some unknown reason, she belives the Elite to be her children, and thus treats them in a rather bizzare manner.
Rhaiz has a personal guardian, a towering, six-armed being of his own creation. Along with this behmoth he has the ability to make small explosions accour. Kaine's right arm in a long, clawwed thing: combined with his ability to fly, he is able to reach things most other people can't. Hrish is able to take the pieces of deceased IN and merge them together, forming a new elite altogether provided she isn't distracted while she does so. Each is also able to throw hexfire at those who try to attack them. Defeating one will render all zombies under their control cosmatos until either another necromancer or the infection claims them.
You are humans, ordinary people who for various reasons were all staying in a hotel. When it started, everybody was stuck inside, having been trapped by a car that crashed into the front doors. From within you witnissed the chaos that followed as the newly formed infected hoard rampaged, and observed silently as the first of the supernatural patrols began. Now the coast has cleared, after two days, and the resources you have are running low.
You haven't got a choice now, you have to go out and look for food and water. All you have is the clothes on your back, your mind, and one item you found/had. The only remaining question is, where are you going to start looking?
