((>.<; Sorry for the short posts. Hardly had any time))
Mazda raised an eyebrow at her, and snorted in amusement. "I respect them. But I don't want to become a victimn of them okay? But on a different note, I am ratehr hungry." she said, her gaze drifting to the Halfway Tavern nearby. She was about to say something else when a guard came running over to them. "Halt! You can't come any further into the village." he shouted at them angrily. Blinking in surprise, Mazda dropped the body and looked at him in annoyance. "And just why not?" she asked rather rudely. "You are carrying a dead body for a starter." he pointed out, looking at the dead Imperial. "Oh....good point." Mazda muttered before her orginal anger returned, "But all with good reason. These three found him in the Lake Amaya, and I was going to take them to see a friend of mine at the Fort. I thought he might be able to help us with this situation." The guard looked suspicous before turning his gaze to Alahn. "What about him?"

"The body is a puzzle." Alahn said. "I would like to find the answer to the puzzle. Not to mention, I have business here as well. I have plans to trade information with a certain scholar." Alahn said, nodding respectfully.

Karawan had stepped sideways in front of Morvayn. He had a feeling the guard might recognise him, since he had a small bounty on his head. "We found it in the lake. Thought it'd be a good idea to report it, you know..."

((Guys, the guard is an NPC. I forgot to tell you....))
Guard grunted and waved them on. "Just go around the back. If you carry that thing through the middle of the village, people will get the wring idea." He muttered before trooping off to pester some other unfortunate soul. "Like we were going to walk through the middle of the village," Mazda grumbled before dragging the body through the mud as she made her way up the embankment.
