JAK
Name: Jak Blaise Fireshard Nicknames: N/A
Constellation: Bahamut Celestial Guardian: Moon Animal Totem: Eagle
Origin: The DIMENSION series, based on Naughty Dog's 'Jak and Daxter' games Homeworld: Malurien Gender: Male Age: (DM1= 20) (DM2= 22) (DM4= 327) (SD/TSC= 327) (DM5= 328) Race: Elf Species: Morda (Jak also has some human blood from way way back in his line)
Appearance: Jak is fairly tall and muscular with broad shoulders. He has steel blue eyes, greenish yellow eyebrows and a constant cold, calculating frown. His hair is about shoulder length, wild, green at the top and yellow at the bottom. Jak's formidable appearance usually ensures he is left alone by people he doesn't like. Clothing/Armour: When in casual clothing, Jak wears a black shirt that has had the sleeves torn off, faded jeans, plenty of belts, leather boots, goggles and a red bandana. In battle, Jak wears chainmail over his normal clothing with extra pieces of steel plate armour, usually pauldrons, a chestplate and bracers, on top. Jak also has a suit of heavy full-plate armour but he rarely uses it. Personality: At first Jak seems cold, gruff and unfriendly, almost always scowling and pointing things out in a blunt, uninterested manner. Around his friends, however, he shows that he's truly a good hearted man and, surprisingly enough, he has a good, if cynical, sense of humour. One thing that is very certain about Jak is that he has a short, snappy temper and if someone's annoying him he won't beat around the bush; he'll punch them in the face to let them know they're bothering him. He doesn't like being trapped in crowds but has no qualms about performing in front of them. He's seemingly fearless, but that's because when he is afraid he keeps it hiden behind a blank, mask-like expression. Weapon/s: Ryukajii, his shape-shifting weapon, Storm Rifle, a medium to long range gun that fires electrically charged bullets, Deconstructor, a very heavy short range gun that shoots canisters full of a material that rips a tiny hole in reality, sucking nearby enemies into a portal to nowhere (enemies may reappear at a later date)
History: Jak was found roughly at the age of two or three in a basket by the side of the road and taken to an orphanage, but he didn't get along well with others and at the age of five he knocked another orphan unconscious and ran off into the streets. He wandered through the city before finaly settling down in the forest outside the city gates. There he grew up among animals, but he returned to the city every day to ask for food or, if necessary, to steal it. When he was nine he came across an Ottsel in the gutter, who turned out to be Daxter. He befriended the elf-turned-Ottsel and Daxter helped his new friend by using his agility to steal food and other neccessities. The same year, Jak was badly beaten by Krew, the owner of a weapons store, and struggled to the nearest temple, the Chapel of Bahamut, to get healed. The priests and priestesses took pity on him and provided him with a place to stay. They also trained him and smuggled in weapons for him and he became a warrior of Bahamut, a bounty hunter, hunting down evil monsters preying on the innocent people of Malurien. Jak lived happily in this way, but regularly returned to the forest to visit the animal friends he'd lived among for much of his life. When Jak was thirteen, he was captured and experimented on by Erebus scientists, being injected with Dark Eco while being exposed to radiation, but he was deemed a failure and thrown out to die. He managed to make his way back to the nearest temple of Bahamut, but after a week symptoms started showing of his terrifying new mutant ability, a beast-like alter ego that sometimes made an appearance when he lost his temper. The temple priests kept this a secret, and shortly afterwards Jak was made a member of a secret order that defended Malurien from supernatural evil that was far worse than hungry monsters. Years later, at about nineteen, Jak was convicted of murder even though he was innocent but was rescued from court by Draconorn. After that incident he offered his services to Draconorn to help keep the wilderness of Malurien safe for visitors from Earth. After that was the events of DM1, where Jak made some new friends, fell in love and fought in the Battle for Malurien. At first he was a little reluctant about adopting Danny, but he soon accepted him as a very close friend and almost a son. In DM2, Jak discovered his true identity as Blaise Fireshard, the son of King Damas and the heir to the throne. Instead of taking up his role as king he chose to use Fireshard as his surname, Blaise as his middle name and remain a Guardian with Draconorn, his reason being "Malurien's doing fine without a king anyway." Owing to a dark cult dedicated to Grendel Man, both Jak and Draconorn were absent for the entire of DM3, not appearing until DM4 when Meganorn found them frozen in a glacier. It turned out that they had been darted three hundred years before, then dropped from a helicopter into the glacier. This was to clear the way for a slow and steady invasion, but since Danny was forgotten the cult's plans were eventually thwarted by him. During DM4, a miracle happened that gave Dark Jak wings and the ability to think clearly and talk. Reunited with his 'family' again, Jak helped to find the Silver Hourglass and save Malurien, then returned to his usual role of rockstar/Guardian of Malurien.
Abilities: Jak knows a few spells from various elements and schools of magic. He also has a violent and aggressive alter ego known simply as Dark Jak. Weaknesses: Sometimes Jak's temper and recklessness lands him in bad situations, but Jak's main weakness is the fact that Light Eco burns him because of his Dark self.
Other notes: Jak is ambidextrous (uses both hands equally well), claustrophobic (frightened of small spaces and large crowds) and likes the colour red. He's married to Draconorn and regards Danny as the closest thing to a son he'll ever get, since Draconorn thinks that any babies of theirs would probably be mutant freaks and unleash chaos upon Malurien. Theme song: 'Hero' Chad Kroeger feat. Josey Scott

DANNY
Name: Daniel 'Danny' Fenton Nicknames: Usually called Danny, but sometimes affectionately (or not) called Squirt, Trouble and Hellboy.
Constellation: Unknown Celestial Guardian: Moon Animal Totem: Panther
Origin: The DIMENSION series, based on Butch Hartman's 'Danny Phantom' Homeworld: Malurien Gender: Male Age: (DM1= 16) (DM2= 18) (DM3= 116) (DM4= 323) (SD/TSC= 323) (DM5= 324) Race: Human/Ghost Species: N/A
Appearance: No matter how old Danny is, he always looks like a fourteen year old. He's slightly taller then average height for his 'age group', has a skinny build and is a little on the pale side. He has a heart-shaped face with a small, pointed nose, unusually vivid blue eyes and thick black eyerows. His hair is glossy black and (due to being drawn in Manga/anime) has a spiky hairstyle with a mad, massive fringe. Though he fails to notice, he's quite handsome for his 'age' but he has a 'no love, no sorrow' motto, preferring to stay single. In ghost form he looks the same, apart from the fact that he has white hair and creepy, glowing green eyes. Clothing/Armour: He usually wears little armour, no matter which form he's in, relying on speed and stealth to avoid injury. In human form he usually wears a T-shirt, often his favourite 'Red Dragon Aircrash' band shirt, a black or navy hoodie, grey or black jeans that are ripped and muddy at the knees from causing mischeif in the garden, a belt with a dagger sheath hanging from it, black half-gloves and sports sneakers. In ghost form he wears a black and white, flame-patterened jumpsuit with gloves and boots, the same belt with dagger sheath and Splinter Cell style goggles. Personality: Danny is mischeivous, regularly backchats and spends much of his free time either setting up clever, complicated pranks or annoying the crap out of people. Despite the fact he's a troublemaker (and proud of it) if you get to know him he's a friendly person and a good friend. He does, however, have periods of depression and he's well known for his incredibly short and explosive temper and for his unpredictable moodswings. He can go from a sugar-induced high to muderous rage within seconds. Weapon/s: Aeon, a shapeshifting bound weapon made from Danny's ghost energy. He does have a spare dagger that he uses if he does't have time to summon Aeon, but his favourite form of fighting is hand-to-hand combat, like karate. He has been trained to use guns, daggers, longswords, throwing darts and shurikens, whips and fist fighting, but he isn't strong enough to lift large weapons like battleaxes, claymores and warhammers.
History: Danny's life had an ordinary start, but not for long. He's the son of late Jack and Madeline Fenton, who were scientists studying ghosts and other Unsent and were friends of King Damas Fireshard, the last king of Malurien. After a terrible train explosion caused by a high-level glitch that killed Jack, Maddie and Damas, as well as every passenger on the train at the time, Danny was left to live in an orphanage in the middle of Steelheights. He spent his childhood playing in the orphanage basement, as there was no gardens or fields in the middle of the city, partaking in activities like building castles out of cardboard boxes, waging war on fellow orphans using soot and mud as weapons and tripping up staff with skipping ropes. Though he never realized it, he occasionally had a strange talent to force others to do what he wanted, but he never finds out the truth behind this until much later. He was also known for eing unusually good at hiding, almost never getting found in games of hide and seek. This earned him the nickname 'Ghostkid', which Draconorn believes to be Fate giving a few hints about what was going to happen in the near future. Even though she's a complete warp/space/time geek, Draconorn can find no explanation for what she calls the 'Pre-event effect'. When Danny was fourteen, a group of strangers came to the orphanage wanting to take many of the orphans for unknown purposes. Danny overheard one of their conversations and discovered that they were wanting to take the kids away to a lab somewhere, so he helped organize a mass breakout and set scruffy kids running all acoss the city. For his nerve, Danny was taken captive instead of the rest of the orphans and force-marched to a testing facility in Erebus. After a week of lying in a prison cell, Danny was injected with ghost energy while under a radiation lamp and transformed into a half living, half dead mutant. He escaped, killed the scientists that were experimenting on him and spent two years deep in the Erebus wastelands, evading enemy soldiers and honing his fighting skills. At sixteen he bumped into Draconorn and Jak, who had just escaped the same prison Danny had been in, and decided to stay with them. After the events of DM1, he was 'adopted' by them. In DM2 Danny met his distant relative Vlad Masters, who is also a half ghost. Vlad turned out to be an evil scientist employed by Grendel Man the Dark Hand, and there was several incidents of Vlad trying to capture Danny and force him to work with him as an apprentice, since Vlad has always wanted a half ghost son of his own. In the end Vlad was banished from Malurien and fled to Grendle Man's world Tropicagren. Not long afterwards, Draconorn and Jak vanished mysteriously, leaving a distraught Danny to try and get by on his own. A hundred years later Danny, angry and teetering on the brink of depression, meets an Academy squad and befriends them, and sets the scene for DM3. Eventually Danny and his new friends defeat the evil Metal Heads and save Malurien from a grisly fate, but the peace didn't last. About fifty years later, in DM4, human scientists developed and set off a bomb that split Malurien into pieces, flooded the west of the planet with Dark Eco and destroyed every magical race and creature in existence. Danny, depressed and angry, develops an evil dark side and meets Contra and Meganorn before being reunited with Draconorn and Jak, then the search is on for a way to return Malurien to its former glory. After the Silver Hourglass was used to turn back time, Danny kept some of his newfound rage instability but generally made a full recovery, but when galaxy wide disaster threatens in DM5 Danny must not only fight the forces of darkness alongside his friends, but must battle himself to keep Dark Danny from taking control and sealing Malurien's fate. Nowadays Danny works as a 'lawful' assassin; hunting down and eradicating criminals that have the potential to cause serious trouble. He moves around alot, sometimes living with Draconorn and Jak, sometimes living on his own, sometimes being nomadic and sleeping out under the stars and even occasionally staying at a few friend's homes. He's well known for generally having three basic moods, his 'FWEE-I'mma-going-to-drop-fake-spiders-on-you!' mood, his 'I-have-no-emotions' mood and his 'I'm-so-angry-I'll-smash-your-face-in!' mood.
Abilities: Ghost powers include immortality, invisibility, intangibility, flight, gravity manipulation and ghost energy attacks. Danny can also hypnotize people with his unusual eyes, but that power comes from some ancient vampire ancestry rather than his ghost half. Danny always denies his vampire heritage, feeling that it's an insult to his honour, though he never hesitates to use this power if it'll benefit him. Weaknesses: Danny can only be killed by being shot in the head, stabbed through the heart with an anti-ghost weapon or being wholly burnt or eletrocuted, but he has some key weaknesses. Items enchanted with anti-ghost protection either prevent Danny from approaching or cause him excruciating pain. Dream catchers can paralyze him if he gets too close to one. His most well known weakness is the Crunchie bar; he can't resist them. King-size Crunchies have been used on numerous occasions to persuade Danny to help out in incidents he would normally prefer not to get involved in.
Other notes: Danny is frightened of glitches, trains and Heartless. Theme song: 'Never Will I Break' 3 Doors Down

DRACONORN[/colour]
Name: Draconorn 'Drac' Thorns-Without-a-Rose Fireshard (maiden: Grim) Nicknames: Almost always called Drac, but sometimes teasingly called Buffalo
Constellation: Ifrit Celestial Guardian: Moon Animal Totem: Crocodile
Origin: Original Character first used in 'Badnornz' and 'The Chronicles of Imperial Albia', then in the DIMENSION series. Homeworld: Imperial Albia/Malurien Gender: Female Age: At least 5,000 Race: Shape-shifter Species: Hand (a role regarded as both an honour and a curse)
Appearance: Varies. In elf form, Draconorn is tall and willowy, with curly, silver, waist-length hair. Her face is oval shaped, with amber eyes and thin black eyebrows. She usually wears a tank top and cargo pants, often blue or purple but sometimes black or camo patterned. Her largest form is red dragon, which is about the size of a three storey house but can compact itself to cram into smaller spaces. Her Pokemon form is that of a Blazitails; half Blaziken and half Ninetails. This form is snow white with fire orange on the forearms, lower legs and on the tip of each tail. She adopts numrous other forms but these are her most well known. Clothing/Armour: She usually wears a tank top and cargo pants, often blue or purple but sometimes black or camo patterned. She doesn't usually use armour, since in combat she either shape-shifts or uses her formidable arsenal of spells. Personality: Draconorn is very loyal and protective and will panic if her friends are in danger and she's not there to help them. If any of her friends, especially Jak or Danny, suddenly vanish without her knowing where they went she usually packs a fit and destroys everything nearby n an attempt to find them. She's very motherly and will attempt to take control of a bad situation, if Jak doesn't take over first. Often mistaken for a serious woman, Draconorn is actually quite loud and fun-loving, though she is definitely rather 'nerdy'. She loves science and is usually locked away in her lab inventing something if she's not bustling around the house. Weapon/s: Mithrandir, her shape-shifting weapon.
History: Draconorn's history is long and full of battles and many a crisis. She was originally the Hand of Imperial Albia, having to care for the Norns, Grendels and Ettins that lived there. She had to fight through the Grendel Rebellion, the Lung Whoop Epidemic and the Vampire Wars (nearly becoming a vampire herself), but though Imperial Albia came out saf and sound in the end of all these tragedies, she was never truly happy. She often befriended the creatures she was caring for, something she tried to avoid, and since she's immortal every time one of her friends died she grieved for weeks on end, kicking herself for being who she was and having no choice in the matter. When Malurien was created, a mistake in the coordinates caused it to overwrite Imperial Albia, combining the two worlds. Draconorn became the Hand of Malurien and happily decided to live out the coming age with Jak and Danny. She soon noticed that, strangely enough, Malurien was assaulted with constant wars and dilemmas, particularly during the time period she and Jak were frozen in a glacier, leaving Danny to try and fill out their roles himself. She still believes that there's someone out there who has a grudge against her and her world, but she has no idea who.
Abilities: Shape-shifting. She gains a slightly weakened version of the abilities whatever creature she becomes normally has when she changes form, until she shifts into something else. Weaknesses: Like all Hands, Draconorn is badly affected by the evil metal Noxspar.
Other notes: Draconorn is excellent at baking, but should not be trusted when cooking meat. Theme song: 'Lithium' Evanescence
